LIVE WITH INTENTION

Live With Intention

The distractions distract you not because of their power, but because of your weakness to resist. Intention eliminates that weakness.

When you’re clear about what’s important, you don’t have to be bothered by what’s not. When you’re committed to a specific result, distractions bounce right off you.

Ask yourself this and insist on a detailed answer. What do you intend to do today?

Your life is too important to let it be controlled by people you don’t even know. Your time is too precious to waste on things that have no meaning.

Today is filled with opportunities to create value, satisfaction, fulfillment. Instead of getting pulled in a hundred meaningless directions, choose your path and stay on it.

Live this day with respect and appreciation for the beautiful, unique life that’s yours. Live this day with intention.

KICK IT UP A NOTCH!

Kick it up a notch! In order to reach your goals, pay off your bills, get unstuck or get rid of that toxic relationship, it will require a commitment on your part to kick it up a notch. It will take more work, more diligence and a greater commitment to create a life that you can be proud of and feel good about. Kick it up a notch!

Focus on recharging your batteries, and clearing out all of the things in your life that no longer fit or do not represent who you are. Move with a sense of urgency to create a space that allows you to become centered, grounded and connected with your mental, emotional and spiritual power. Kick it up a notch! You have GREATNESS within you!

CLEARING THE AIR

Clearing the Air

Do not go to sleep angry with the people you love.
Do not let the sun rise or set without making peace.

Nurture your relationships. Be ready to repudiate
thoughts and feelings that can only injure and separate.

Each day, negative thoughts and feelings must be cleared.
Find ways to soften and forgive when you feel angry or hurt.
Admit that you went into fear. Surrender your need
to be right and to make the other person wrong.
