LIVE TO SPREAD GOODNESS

Live To Spread Goodness

Live each moment with integrity, and you’ll find value and goodness in every experience. Make truth your priority and let your life gain from its great power.

Fully benefit from life’s goodness by fully committing yourself to uphold it. As tempting as it can be to cheat others, you cannot do so without cheating yourself more.

The way you treat people is a major part of the way you treat yourself. Act always with respect toward others, and you’ll live with great respect for yourself.

The most loving, compassionate, generous activities are the most enriching activities. Live to spread goodness, and you’ll spend your moments immersed in goodness.

Being truthful feels right because it is right. Being genuinely helpful feels good because it is good.

Align yourself with the power of life’s highest values. And live at your highest, most fulfilling level.

UNITY IN DIVERSITY

Unity in Diversity

When we look for agreement in the world we live in,
we find factionalism and conflict.

Only when we stop looking for agreement
and start accepting our differences

do we experience the core equality
that unites us as human beings.

FRESH BREEZE

Fresh Breeze

The day is still, hot, sweltering, and suddenly a fresh breeze appears. Think of how the experience can lift your spirit.

So many in this world so often feel despair. Think of how you can be a fresh breeze in the lives of others to ease that despair.

Be the fresh breeze that brings positive energy to a dismal situation. Be the fresh breeze that brings real hope and a change in perspective.

Surprise life with new goodness. Surprise yourself with how good it feels to do so.

Though the temperature is still just as hot, a fresh breeze makes it feel much more tolerable. Though a positive perspective does not change the situation, it improves where the situation leads.

In an instant a fresh breeze brings relief, a fresh perspective brings hope. Be that fresh breeze, for yourself and for others.

CELEBRATE YOURSELF AND BECOME MORE COMFORTABLE

Celebrate yourself and become more comfortable expressing your truth and your feelings about what matters to you. Living is risky business. There is always the possibility of hurt and rejection. In order to experience love, you will risk being hurt. In order to find success, you will risk failure.

Playing safe is not an option if you want to experience the best that life has to offer. Starve your fears. Decide to live beyond anxiety and doubt. Make what you want greater than what you fear. You have GREATNESS within you!

GIVING ADVICE

Giving Advice

When other people ask for your opinion or advice,
please share your experience with the caveat
that it might not apply to them.

Be vigilant and ask “Will my sharing
empower the other person?”
If the answer is “no”, then it is best to defer.

The best feedback that you can give to others
is the one that helps them to turn inward
to find their own truth.

THE REWARDS OF LIFELONG PARTNERSHIP

The Rewards of Lifelong Partnership

As long as there is growth and honesty in a relationship,
it is worthy of our commitment.

That doesn't mean that it's perfect.
Even in the best relationships,
doubts and fears continue to arise.

However, mature couples learn to hold
their doubts and fears with compassion.
They learn to be patient with each other.

In time, the hard shell around their hearts
begins to crack open.

Where fear used to hold them back,
they learn to take baby steps forward.

They learn to stretch out their hands to each other
when one or both of them falter.

They learn to heal together and to trust each other.

And then they experience a gentleness
born of the struggle,
a sweetness born of the pain.

Then there is a twinkle in their eyes
when they look at each other.

It isn’t the same twinkle that was there
when they first met.
It is a different one.
It tells of their journey
through fear and projection
into the heart of acceptance and love.

CHANGING COMMITMENT

Changing Commitment

When someone ceases to be committed to a relationship,
a shift takes place. Energy is withdrawn
from one direction and placed in a new direction.

You can argue about whether it is right or wrong
that someone's commitment changes,
but it won't do you any good.

You cannot prevent other people
from going forward in their growth,
even if you don't agree with their decisions.

If you look deeply enough, you will see
that every apparent "loss" you experience
brings an unexpected gain.
When one person leaves a relationship
that is not growing into deeper intimacy,
the other person is set free too.

BEAUTY

Beauty

See others not for their labels, but for their beauty. Pay attention not to the noisy false urgencies, but to the profound beauty surrounding you.

Live this day feasting your awareness on beauty in all its forms. Let your heart be filled with thanks for the many joys, simple and accessible, you can experience.

You don’t really have to know the latest news flash, for it is no different than the last one. Invest your life in living the beauty, and in making more.

Imagine that you could never again watch a cloud drift through the sky. Then go out and watch one, live and in person, brimming with gratitude for the chance to be.

You don’t need to control, acquire, or prove you’re right. Beauty calls, joy beckons, and you answer.

As real and serious as troubles may be, they are nothing compared to beauty. Live the beauty, share the beauty, and help to push the troubles away.

RESPECT YOURSELF

RESPECT YOURSELF!! Listen to your own voice, the one in your heart that is the keeper of your dreams. Never let someone convince you that you can not do something ~ especially if they have not done it. Take the time to find your own path and trust your inner voice. Know what is true for you!

Respect yourself by limiting access to people who are negative and unhappy. Many times they project the anxiety and dissatisfaction with their own lives onto your life. One negative comment can be more damaging to you than one positive comment. Own the responsibility for your life and your journey. Give yourself the gifts of experiences and relationships that strengthen your deepest convictions about your dream and honor the calling on your life. You have something special. You have GREATNESS within you!

ABUNDANCE AND BLISS

Abundance and Bliss

You experience scarcity and sadness
only when you find fault with the situation
you are presented with in the moment.

When you see the situation
and feel gratitude for it,
you experience only abundance and bliss.

SHAME ABOUT SEXUALITY

Shame about Sexuality

Lovemaking can and should be a joyful act,
an act of surrender to the divine
in yourself and your partner.

Physical love is no less beautiful
than other forms of love,
nor can it be separated from them.
If you view physical love as unholy,
you will probably experience it that way,
not because it is, but because you perceive it that way.

STAMP OUT TOXIC & NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

Use your voice as a hammer to stamp out toxic, dis-empowering, negative thoughts that can come into your mind. You can not control the thoughts that come through your mind, but you can control the ones you choose to dwell on. Talk back to yourself and challenge the negative thinking that is robbing you of energy and focus.

Use your voice as an instrument to inspire you and to change the trauma into positive feelings. Look at yourself in a mirror and say "I love myself unconditionally." Do this daily for the next 21 days. You will experience a new love and appreciation for your higher self which will begin to express itself. Your mind and ego will tell you that this is foolish, childish, or that you do not need to do this. Do not be duped. Negative thoughts don't want to die and will struggle to remain alive.

Speak life to yourself with power, feeling and conviction. Choose positive words that will transport your mind to a new reality. You Deserve! You have GREATNESS within you!

IF IT'S NOT ONE THING, THEN IT'S ANOTHER

If it is not one thing, then it's another. At times, it seems that every turn is the wrong one, and nothing is going your way. This is the time to practice patience, faith and determination. The job you lost will be replaced by a career or business that you are passionate about. The person who is no longer a part of your life has made room for someone else who will truly love and respect you.

If it is not one thing, then it's another. Perseverance, drive and moving forward with a positive mindset will help you to survive the storms of life. For now, focus on the bright side. The sun will shine on you again and you will be stronger for going through the storm. One day you will look back, appreciate the wisdom you gained and the person you became because of these experiences. You have something special. You have GREATNESS within you!

CHOOSE ENJOYMENT

Choose Enjoyment

Instead of making your work a burden, make it a blast. Have fun with it, no matter what it may be.
As long as you’re spending the time, you might as well spend it enjoyable, and that’s a choice you can always make. Plus, when you enjoy what you’re doing, you’ll naturally do it with more creativity and effectiveness.

Remember, it’s not the task, or the situation, or the people that determine how much fun you’re having. It’s you, and your attitude.

It makes no sense to fight against what you’re doing. Do yourself a favor and choose to enjoy it.
Imagine empowering yourself, just by the way you decide to look at your situation. With an attitude of enjoyment, increased power is yours.

Make life more enjoyable by deciding to enjoy more of life. Choose to enjoy, and experience how powerful that choice can be.
